Your First Visit
During your first visit to our office, you will find the reception area warm and inviting. We offer comfortable seating in a relaxing atmosphere. Our front office staff will welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
Once you are seated in the care room/operatory, we will make sure you are comfortable and offer you a warm blanket, pillow or a bottle of water.
We ask new patients to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to finalize any new patient forms or review any insurance information.
To lower your wait time, you are welcome to print and complete your Medical History form prior to your appointment.
